Broiler Farm Lead
The Broiler Farm Lead heads a team of Farm Support workers to ensure effective and efficient farm operation and production in accordance with high quality standards. The Farm Lead plays a critical role in developing a positive, high achieving team in an environment where each employee feels valued and supported. The Farm Lead will be part of weekly meetings to discuss farm operations and direction, with opportunities to grow in an expanding company.
